1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can complete the order either as a registered customer or without registration. If you are a new customer and you want to register, you can click on the register button to fill in your personal information. Your address will be inserted directly through registration in the order form.

4. I've forgotten my password - What should I do?
To reset your password, please click on the account icon at the top right of the CADOGANworld.com homepage. Present in this section is a statement “Forgot Password”. Please click on this link and follow the instructions provided.
5. What does it mean adding a product to the waiting list?
Adding a product to the waiting list means that in case the product becomes available again, you will be immediately informed via e-mail.
6. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed prior to shipment. Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any changes, please fill out our contact us form in the customer care portal for assistance.
7. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
Your package will ship by next business day from our Los Angeles, California Warehouse via FedEx. US Shipments arrive within 2-5 days. For all tracking enquiries please contact email@example.com
8. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your FedEx or USPS Tracking Number once your order has shipped. Please contact our CADOGAN Customer Success Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the "Contact Us" form available in the Customer Care Portal if additional support is needed.
9. How do I return or exchange an item?
Making a return or exchange is very easy. You have 14 days to decide to return an item. You can contact our customer service team to receive a pre-paid return shipping label. For more precise information, please check the dedicated section: Returns.
10. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you chose to place the order.
11. Is it possible to get a voucher rather than be refunded?
In case you return something, you will have the possibility to choose among refund, exchange or voucher.
12. Can I return a personalized item?
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
13. Which size should I go for?
CADOGAN garments fit true to size. You will find a link to a size conversion guide on every product page. If you need more help, our customer service team can answer all your questions regarding the items fit: please contact us via the customer care portal. In case the size which you ordered does not fit, you can easily return your items within 14 days.
14. How do I subscribe for/unsubscribe from the CADOGAN newsletter?
You can subscribe for the CADOGAN Newsletter at the bottom of the CADOGAN Homepage in the footer. Please enter your email address.
In case you want to unsubscribe, click on the link “unsubscribe from the newsletter” at the bottom of your newsletter email.
15. Can I shop using product names?
If you are looking for a particular item on our website you can search for it using that item’s product name. Simply enter the product name into the search bar at the top right of the website, click the magnifying glass and you will be taken directly to that item’s product page.
A product name can be found in several different places:
- On the order packing list.
- On an item’s product page on our website.
- On any item that is already in your shopping bag.
16. What is The CADOGAN Promise - Lifetime Guarantee Program?
CADOGAN branded products covered by our guarantee are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. 17. Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?
CADOGAN lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your CADOGAN product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colors fading, abrasions and general breakdown of the materials over the years.
