Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
All garments and accessories are shipped from our Los Angeles, California warehouse via FedEx.
You have the option when choosing your shipping method to require a signature on delivery. This is available for $5 USD.
Express Shipping within the U.S. is available for $15 USD. Your order will be delivered within 3 business days. Your order must be placed before 12 pm PST to ensure that the 3 business days guarantee is met.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
You will not have an opportunity to change your order (product, size, color or address) after it has been placed.
We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please allow additional time for personalized or monogrammed items.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. For all additional tracking enquires, please contact our CADOGAN Customer Success Team at email@example.com or complete the "Contact Us" form available in the Customer Care Portal.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
We are currently not offering the option to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses, we advise you to place an order for each address.
Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our CADOGAN Customer Success Team as soon as possible. Please contact our CADOGAN Customer Success Team via the form provided in the Customer Care Portal or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.
It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:
If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.
When you contact our CADOGAN Customer Success Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.
If you notice any damage after having accepted your delivery, you can return your parcel following the steps outlined in Returns. Please visit the dedicated section, Returns, for further information.
DISPATCH FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
The shipment will be dispatched from our Los Angeles, California warehouse within 1-2 business days.
For domestic and international shipments, Sir Cadogan International LLC shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.
