GUEST

  1. Go to Customer Care and click on Orders tab
  2. Add the required information (order ID, billing last name, e-mail address) and click on “CONTINUE”
  3. You will get to a page with all the information related to your order
  4. There you will have the possibility to click on a “RETURN” button and to fill in and send a return form.

REGISTERED ACCOUNT

  1. Login into My Account with your credentials
  2. Go to Customer Care and click on Orders tab or click on My Account icon on the top right of the website page
  3. Within My Account Dashboard go to My Orders
  4. For each order you will have the possibility to click a “RETURN” button that will open the return form to fill in and send
  5. In the My Returns section of My Account Dashboard you will also find all your open/closed returns

HOW To RETURN

Returning your products with us is easy. Please follow these steps:

  1. To create a return, please proceed as a guest (order number required) or a registered account user. Please complete the return form.
  2. Once your return is approved, pack your products. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging when possible. Make sure the parcel is safely sealed. You must include a printed copy of the approved Return Order Form.
  3. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs to one of our international collection centers. Please mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged any further duties. Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our collection center. We highly recommend that you retain your proof of postage and return the package by a shipping company that provides a tracking number. You will be provided a return address once your return is approved.
  4. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our collection center, you will be notified. The refund for the returned items will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, after you have been notified by our collection center that your return has been accepted.

Return Policy

All products purchased on the Website may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you).

Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping costs to one of our international collection centers.

Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.

If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

REFUNDS

Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our collection center. We will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days:

  • Refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our collection center.
  • Refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our collection center.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are not going to be refunded.

In order to get a full refund (excluding shipping costs) it's important that we receive the goods in the same state in which they were received. The returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all the product labels intact.

To protect your purchase garments and accessories are tagged and refunds will only be offered if this tag remains attached when returned. Returns for these items received without the tag attached will either be exchanged or returned to the customer.

To return your shoes, backpack, briefcase, or duffel bag please wrap carefully in the original dust bag and box to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your handbag please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

Colognes may not be returned unless in original sealed wrapping.

If your payment was made with a gift card and credit card we’ll refund your gift card first.

Make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. Each order you would like to return has to be packed separately, for a fast and smooth return processing.

Returns hand carried to the collection center will not be accepted due to security reasons.

DELIVERY OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive damaged items. These items are going to be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. You will have the possibility to choose the reason why you are sending them back directly in the return-form.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.

EXCHANGE

You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. As soon as your returned parcel reaches our collection center, an e-mail notification will be triggered and your refund will be issued.

If you would like another product, color or size, please place a new order.
