Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.

You will not have an opportunity to change your order (product, size, color or address) after it has been placed.

We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow additional time for personalized or monogrammed items.

Shipments may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.


You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the moment your order will leave our warehouse. This e-mail contains a link to the track & trace information of your parcel, provided by the carrier in charge of your shipment.


We are currently not offering the option to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses, we advise you to place an order for each address.


Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.

In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team via the form provided in the Customer Care Portal.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.

If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.

When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.

If you notice any damage after having accepted your delivery, you can return your parcel following the steps outlined in Returns. Please visit the dedicated section, Returns, for further information.


For all countries, the shipment will be dispatched from the warehouse within 1-5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.
